I wanna begin by telling you a story that is difficult to share with anybody who isn’t very close to me. Here it goes. When I was eighteen years old I was a complete mess and was at a low point in my life. The choices I made resulted in me being locked up for 6 years.
Little did I know, this would change my life for the better!
When I was in prison I met a mentor who completely altered my life’s course. He taught me how to change how I viewed the world and myself. I adopted a high achieving mindset and saw incredible results as I gained muscle and sculpted my body. I realized that I wanted to help people discover the best version of themselves!
After I came home, I only had twenty five dollars to my name. I struggled for years with the background that followed me. There were times I was going through school and also had four jobs. This experience humbled me and showed me how to overcome adversity. I stayed persistent and never gave up. I knew that I could help transform people’s lives and that kept me going.
Many years later I am the owner of my own business, a successful personal trainer and transformation guide. I have helped dozens of people get into peak physical condition. I have taken all the steps necessary to try and become the best version of myself. I encourage all of the people that I work with to BE ALL IN when it comes to achieving their goals.
